In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the operator of the website photosbyhelmy.com (the "Website") is:
Valorem Management, S.L. (hereinafter, "Valorem"), a Spanish limited liability company with CIF B67581801 and registered address at Carrer Ferrán Agulló 22, ENT 2, 08021 Barcelona, Spain. Valorem operates the Website under the trade name "Photoshoots by Helmy".

2. Purpose of the website
The Website presents the photography services offered by Valorem on the Costa Brava (Spain), allows users to enquire about and book photo sessions through the linked booking platform photosbyhelmy-booking.netlify.app, and provides information about the services, packages and locations available.
3. Conditions of use
By accessing the Website you accept these conditions. You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- Use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the booking platform or any server, computer or database connected to them;
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Website (including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks, scraping at abusive volume, or attempts to bypass technical security measures);
- Reproduce, copy or republish any part of the Website except as expressly permitted in section 4.
4. Intellectual property
All content of the Website (including but not limited to photographs, text, design, layout, source code, logos and trade names) is the property of Valorem or of the photographer Helmy, or is used with the rights holder's permission. All photographs displayed in the portfolio and on the landing pages are protected by copyright.
You may view the Website and print or download individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the content requires the prior written consent of Valorem.
Photographs delivered to clients as part of a booked session are subject to the usage rights described in our Terms & Conditions.
5. Liability
Valorem takes reasonable care to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free from errors or omissions. Prices, package contents and availability shown on the Website are subject to change; the prices, packages and conditions confirmed at the time of booking on the booking platform shall prevail.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valorem shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in this notice limits Valorem's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

The Website contains links to third-party websites and services (including but not limited to WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, Google, Naver and the booking platform). Valorem is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Following such links is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of the third party.

Personal data collected through the Website and the booking platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is set out in our Cookie Policy.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Website shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection rules grant the user a different jurisdiction.
